Midnight FlowersThe woods are always beautiful, no matter what time of year. All the tall and short trees stand strong, almost as watchful soldiers for nature’s treasure. Blue, red, yellow, white and pink flowers bloom here, there, in that spot too, and even some yonder. *** The rearview mirror reflected the grand city of Boston as he drove away (not really knowing why) into the cold darkness. Snow ebbed from the skies, resulting in a blurry panorama of the countryside into the small town of Billerica. Something, a voice in his head perhaps, told him to go there, and he did. But, why was he listening to this voice? Nevertheless, he drove on. &nbsMidnight Flowers
